Widely regarded as “the Chef’s Chef”, restaurateur and master of the culinary arts Phillip Howard of 2 Michelin star The Square restaurant approached us to find ways to celebrate and promote the launch of his long-awaited gastronomic bible, The Square: Cook Book.
We produced a series of 8 short films with Phillip demonstrating some of the fundamental skills which his art is built on to give the audience an insight and draw them in.
Each film featured questions sourced from key food & drink media, both social and mainstream, which added an extra drive to syndication and sharing. The films appeared in major media including The Times, Hello! and Huffington Post and have been downloaded over 40,000 times on iTunes.
